These Terms of Service govern your use of the Norzer Local Business AI Readiness Checker at localaichecker.norzer.me, operated by Norzer. By using this tool you agree to these terms. For Norzer's broader terms covering its agency services, see the Norzer Terms and Conditions.
The checker is a free, automated tool that fetches a website you provide and runs a set of technical checks to assess how well AI assistants can read and understand it. Results are informational only. They reflect our best automated assessment at the time of the scan and are not a guarantee of any outcome in AI search results.
Scan results are produced by automated analysis and reflect the state of a website at the time of the scan. They may not capture every factor that influences AI visibility, and they are not a substitute for professional SEO or technical audit services. Norzer makes no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness of results for any particular purpose.
AI search systems change frequently. A result that is accurate today may not reflect changes made by AI platforms tomorrow. Norzer is not responsible for changes in third-party AI systems that affect how a business is represented.
When you submit a URL, our engine fetches that site on your behalf. You represent that you have a legitimate reason to scan the submitted URL. Norzer is not responsible for any effect that the scan has on the target website, including any rate limiting or access controls that site may apply to automated visitors.
The checker, its engine, its design, and its copy are owned by Norzer. You may not copy, reproduce, or build competing products based on this tool without written permission. Scan results generated about your own site are yours to use freely.
We provide this tool free of charge and make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, limit, or discontinue the tool at any time without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
